Need to workout but no time to sleep

Hi guys,

Just registered on the forum. Need some guidance ...

I am 20 yo. I have always been chubby. I got promoted by the beginning of 2015 and the job was hard and I am a workaholic, so sometimes I stayed more than 7 hours before having lunch. I started my schedule at 8am and had lunch after 5pm. My lunch time was never regular. Maybe because of that I gained a lot of weight, like 15 kg in a few months.

I got some bad looking thick stretch marks on belly and under armpits. So I need to do something about it. I used to run about 3km (1,86 mi), in about 15 minutes like 4 years ago, now I can't even run a kilometer without feeling some kind of pain. So, I was looking for HIIT info to get started and lose weight.

Problem is:

I wake up at 6am. When my classes start by the end of the month, I will arrive home at midnight or later. The only time I have between work and class is the in-bus time.

How can I work out if I don't even have time to sleep?

There is no shower in the company and my budget is very limited. I am lost here, guys. Any suggestions?

How often do you walk? Walking is by far my favorite form of exercise. Even though I workout, walking is a no brainer for me.

I'm saying this because if you already walk a lot, this a form of exercise, and that the "problem" may lie in your nutrition?

I also run short on time. What I like to do is to combine 2 activities together.
Like listening to audiobook while walking.
