need to work around the knee

Well a while ago i was running everyday eating good etc etc and i locst 10lbs in a month. Then a old knee prob prob came up. I could barely walk much less run. I gained all the weight back and im pretty pissed. I can't run and i have a ton of school. Im up at :6::am on my way to school and get out at 3. Only to go home to a river of HW and dont get done tell pretty late. Most i do is i aqueez in 60 situp. v ups, crunches in between getting my work done and getting into the shower. I already dont get much sleep (7-8 hours a night) I dont know what to do.

pretty much what i said, it obviously hurts and i can use it (said in first post) to much.

Ok...let's try this again: What exactly does "an old knee problem" mean: When did you first get this problem and what was the cause? Was it an acute trauma, a chronic condition? What brought it on again? What makes it feel better? What makes it feel worse? Where on the knee: superior, inferior, medial, lateral, ventral, dorsal, throughout? Is it a sharp pain, a dull pain? Does the pain radiate or does it stay in one place? Is it soft tissue or connective tissue related?

"it obviously hurts and i can use it (said in first post) to much," besides being rampant in misspellings and poor grammar, also does nothing to help me or anyone else get a clear picture of what's going wrong. How can anyone possibly be expected to make any kinds of recommendations if you don't help us to help you?

why didnt you just say this the first time:yelrotflmao:

it happened a while ago i really dont know how long ago. The cause i think it happened when i was playing baseball and i slid into a big hump in the ground. Or during running, im not exactly sure. I was running one day and it just started hurting again after running for a week straight. The only thing that makes it fell better is just not using it (not running ) putting pressure on it is what makes it feel worse. Like skateboarding or any type of pressure and bending of the knee. its like a sharp and dull pain. More pressure more sharp pain. Pain it just right in the middle of the knee. Like as if some one took a nail and just put it in the middle of my knee. It can also hurt right through the knee. Like horizontally, so imagine to perfectly straight nails. One goes right in the center of the knee and the other goes perfectly though the side of the knee.

So how long ago did this happen, sounds as if you seriously should go see someone, sounds like you might have done some soft tissue damage like your meniscus.
