I have come to the conclusion that my lower back is extremely weak and it must be fixed. I have always slouched over, and recently as I have started squatting I notice that around 155lb my lower back just wants to buckle and it just doesnt seem strong enough to support that weight well. Also jsut something like jogging a mile will killll my lower back. What are some effect exercises that I can do to help those muscles? I do seated row sometime but for some reason I think its never workin the right muscles and have never got in to doing it consistently. Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
