but before you answer just wanted to say welcome to the forum and to your diary. apart from rebounder, what is your plan nutrition wise? if you ahven't exercised, i advise you start by walking every day (as brisk as you can, but don't overdo it), enroll in a gym or aerobics class. just start moving. and start keeping track of what you eat by writing it down either here or on a piece of paper, and be honest with yourself. this will give you an insight where and what you need to change. i would also advise web sites like and browse around the forum, you will find some excellent feedback and support.
