Ok, so here's the deal. I'm 32 years old and weigh 270 lbs. I've been trying to loose weight. I've tried every diet out there and I've always put the weight back on. Have any of ya'll tried meal plans. There's a specific one I'm looking at called [spam link removed] which I saw today. Anyone have any experience with them good or bad?
