Need to lose body fat for army

I've started a 1200-1400 calorie a day diet and runnin/jogging 4 miles evrryother day and was looking for a good supplement to add to my plan for maximum fat loss

started 4 weeks ago 278
now 259 probably around 30-32% bf
need to be (army regulations) 203 or 26% bf by October
 
There are no good supplements that will reduce body fat. No magic pills - you gotta do it the hard way.

I'd recommend increasing your calories, however, to around 2000 a day, and making sure you're getting at least 150g of protein per day. Increasing protein will help with muscle maintenance.

Also throw in some weight lifting in there. Weight lifting combined with a good amount of protein will help maintain/build lean muscle which will really affect your bodyfat %. In your situation, where your goal is specifically about bodyfat, you want to do everything you can to build/maintain muscle while losing fat.
