Need to lose beer belly

Is running for 15-20 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week enough to lose my belly (its not THAT big but I still want to lose it the rest of my body is pretty fit) ? if I continue this for 2 months will there be improvements? or should I take it up a notch?

PS: I dont drink beer too often I just a pretty big belly

Eating less and eating right are two different matters. Not knowing your diet, I would have to answer your question as: small difference.

It's good to eat less, but are you eating better?? That's what you gotta look at, good luck.

Try eating as clean as you can and gradually up the time or intensity of your running (or both if you can).
