I am new to the program and look forward to meeting people to receive support in helping to lose weight. When a person gets busy with a job and other activities, they seem to eat on the go and get into the wrong foods. I have friends that carry carrots,sunflower seeds,apple slices but I am one who eats very little until I get home. I am sure the body needs more of a consistent supply of good nourishment so am hoping to make some changes here. DianeG
