Need to Loose weight. please help.

Hi friends, this is my first post here and i need your help and support to achieve my goals.

I'm currently 220lbs
5 ft 9"
25 yrs
I need to get this down by about 30-40 lbs according to the standards.
I'm new to weight traning and resistance traning and need help from you to fix up a routine and diet habits.
please suggest a work out routine that can help reduce weight effectively.

i searched all over the net but they give only vauge routines but nothing concrete which will list out the excercises one by one.

if you have any knowledge of it please let me know. it would be very helpful.

i read your thread and really helped, can u tell me what was ur routine when u moved from 29% to 21% BF. It would be very helpful.

The biggest change that I made was in my diet. I tried to follow the advice that they gave me in the personal training forum. I also began running and walking every other day while working upper body on tuesdays and thursdays and lower body on wednesdays and fridays. I have a simple free weight system that I use and I have started HIIT on my cardio days. The weight pretty much melted off. I started my diet on January 1 of this year and to date have managed to lose 63 pounds. I am working now at getting my body fat down to 12-15% Im not trying to get ripped I just want to look lean and healthy. Try those things they should help. If you need something more than that let me know.
