Need to loose a little weight

Hi there

I am a 25 year old male, I have put weight on over the last 8 months with doing my degree.

I am looking for any advice on how to loose my belly/hips and generally tone up. I currently weigh 91kg and would like to get back down to around 82-84kg

I am not able to do any running as I have shin problems.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated on training tips and diet.

I have attached some pictures to show what work I need to do.
