Need to get to the gym!

Hi, just signed up in the last few minutes. Thought i should say hello and introduce myself.

Over the the last few months my weight has creeped up by about 2 stone. I've lost a few pounds by keeping away from bread (my weakness) but have quite a way to go.

I have stopped going to the gym (noexercise for about 3 months now) and am having trouble getting the motivation to get back into it. Started playing tennis once a week though and actually enjoyin it.

Am aiming to lose about 25 pounds and quit smoking at the same time.

If you wanna see results, get your bum to the gym!
Keep up your tennis. Exercise that is fun, is always good.
Try to do more of that with friends. It'll benefit you all.
