Im honestly not craving this stuff as much as you might think
But when i went vegatarian my calorie and fat intake has droped a ton and i just dont know what to eat to get my calories up to 2600 - 2800 like they should be, So i was wondering is it ok to eat chips and maybe a couple slices of pizza or something to get it up to where it should be or do you have any other suggestions? My typical meal like today was:
Tons of water
1 veggie chicken patty on a bun with mayonase
2 veggie burgers both on buns with ketchup and mustard
2 prepacked containers of canalope peaces
2 packs of oatmeal
1 peanut butter sandwhich and a couple other things cant remember what but i have them writen down and im still under 1700 calories and under 60 grams of fat (should have 90.6)
