Hey everyone. I'm starting classes tomorrow and finally have access to the gym again. I was wondering about recommendations for what kind of exercises to do for weight loss.
There are whole sections on exercise on the forum. I suggest that you read those and pay particular attention to the sticky threads. Most forms of exercise will benefit your weight loss one way or another...
I agree with Omega, above. Check out the sticky posts in the exercise forum. There's a lot of good information there about routines you can use to build a program for yourself.
