need to change my ab workout, any ideas???

Ok right now I do 2x15 on a decline bench with a 15lb weight behind my head, then 2x10 of russian twists with a 10lb weight.

After, I do like 2x10 leg raises, some planks, and 2x10 leg lifts, but for my obliques.

It was working really well for me, but I think I wanna change some of the stuff I do

Any ideas?? I appreciate any help
 
ever tried jacknifes? Those will kill you. Lay on your back and lift your legs up straight to meet with your arms at the center of your body. If you want an image of it just google it and see how it is done. Proper form is important on these but if you do them right they really can work wonders for ya. Good luck!
