Ok right now I do 2x15 on a decline bench with a 15lb weight behind my head, then 2x10 of russian twists with a 10lb weight.
After, I do like 2x10 leg raises, some planks, and 2x10 leg lifts, but for my obliques.
It was working really well for me, but I think I wanna change some of the stuff I do
Any ideas?? I appreciate any help
