need tips for smart vacation eating!

i am going to florida for 5 days, in two weeks, with my mom and 2 kids.i plan on swimming some laps in the ocean, and drinking lots of water. but in the evening i'd really like to have some wine coolers by the pool. should i just skip it? is it okay to do, just not every night? i wish i had room to bring my blades, but with all my kids stuff i need to bring, it isn't practical. what should i do to stay on track?
 
just chill out and enjoy your holiday!
of course watch what you eat but not complusively. just watch out for high cals/high fat foods and if you want to have wine in the evening then make allowances for it by reducing intake at another meal.
