Im trying to figure out a meal plan and/food ideas for myself

before i started my latest weight loss attempt there were many days where if i couldn't figure out what id want i would just do the same basic quick meals that i like or found to be tolerable
basicaly my default meals i want to figure out some default meals that are healthy for breakfast, lunch & dinner that meet healthy nutritional requirements so on days i cant figure something else out i have a fallback

i want quick meals even if i need to prep them ahead of time and freeze them for the week or something like that
i just want to make this as easy as possible so hopefully i will stick to it because if you fail to plan you plan to fail
i know there are lots of guys who are or were in the 300lbs area so i figure some should have some ideas i would like:)

thanks

i have a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, salad sandwich for lunch contrabuting to my 5 a day. for your tea you could try stew, beef, chicken and vegetable stew all taste good. then late at night when i get really hungry i just eat fruit but you could probably eat fruit during the day too if your really hungry.

Easy meals -

Hard boiled eggs - cook up a batch, then eat later with some cheese, some oatmeal or... well, whatever's easiest. Have some fresh fruit with this if you want.

Pork tenderloin - CostCo sells these in what look like 2 packs, but actually have 4 in there. I cook 2 at a time and have leftovers. (To cook, I sear in an oven safe pan, til it's browned on all sides, move to 450F oven for 20 minutes, let rest for 10 minutes). Then you can use it in something else, slice it up over salads, etc.

Frozen vegetables - they are my friend. In a pinch I can toss some in the oven with some salt and olive oil (at 425) cook for 15-20 minutes (until they start to crisp up) and eat with whatever else.

Frozen tilapia loins - also something I get at CostCo. They come in individually sealed packets, and you can just nuke them with some lemon pepper and you're set.

Turkey chile - ground lean turkey, herdez salsa verde, great white northern beans, reduced fat mexican cheese. Brown the turkey in a pan, toss in the salsa and beans, cook til it's chile like and not to liquidy, throw in some cheese. (I also season with cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt & pepper)

Greek yogurt + frozen fruit + maybe some splenda with fiber. Protein & fruit and tastes yummy! I also add a splash of vanilla, my husband actually uses a vanilla sweetener we got from true protein that's supposed to be for protein shakes :)

I find that while I love roast chicken, it's just a pain. So I normally just buy a rotisserie chicken and call it good there. Again with salad etc. If you have more time there are other things you can make, but these are my "I'm feeling lazy" recipes :)
