Need some weight training/cardio advice!

I was reading another thread and I saw someone suggested doing cardio 3 days a week and weight training 3 days. I usually do lots of cardio and no weight training. What is a good program to follow with weight training. I dont want to be buff, just tone. Any info would be great!! Thanks:confused:
 
I would like to lose 20 lbs. I am fairly strong, I just want to lose body fat. I currently do 45 mins of cardio 4 days a week and I also swim and ride horses. I am eating a lot of fiberous foods which are small and spread throughout the day. I am drinking LOTS of water. I think my diets pretty good, I just want a better, more structured workout program. I am 5'6" and weigh 160.
