Need some opinions as well as help!

Well first off, this is my first post here. Anyways, Im 18 years old, 6'0, weighing 195lbs and really looking for some help. I want to lose body fat while still retaining/gaining some muscle. My biggest problem is my chest and stomach area, everything else is relatively fine. Also its not that im out of shape, I consider myself to be in excellent shape as I'm in the Canadian Forces and well physical fitness is a huge part of that job. My main problem is that I can't lose that body fat around my chest and stomach however. Before I joined the Army I did Insanity to get myself in better shape and I did finish the program with excellent results...however I still had that chest and stomach fat and didn't gain as much muscle as I would have liked.

Its not that my diet is terrible, I eat decently well...no soft drinks, chips, bars or fast food or crap like that. Overall im looking for a workout I can do at home that will build or at least retain the muscle I have and get rid of that chest and stomach fat. So far im edging towards P90x classic or even GSP's rushfit (yes it has to be an at home workout for reasons that are irrelevant). Can somebody point me in the right direction as to what I should do?

Start pounding some weights, it burns calories/fat and will increase your muscle size. Stick with the big power moves, squats, dead lifts overhead presses and bench press.

Alright thanks a bunch. I think what I plan on doing is maybe going through a round of p90x, than pounding the weights than maybe do a round of insanity to shred whatever is left in fat. I will get in shape, dedication and not quitting is second nature to me.
