Need some Motivation!

Hey Y'All,
I'm new to this forum and enjoyed the posts. I work out between 5-6 times a week, but have a hard time getting motivated. None of my friends are as active or adventurous as I am towards keeping active, so it's difficult to get to the gym on days when I just feel so.....BLAH!! Hopefully I can get some motivation on this site and some insight as well. Always open to new workouts and health tips....Thanks!

glad to know that i am not the only one new to this forum... hope you will find both motivation and useful insight while you are here...what are your fitness goals?
 
I am having trouble with motivation too. My issue is just getting out the door. Once I am into it, things are fine and I feel great after.... it's just getting the gear on and getting started. Always feels like there is something more important to do.....
