Need some motivation

AHi everyone. Im 25 years old and in university. Im currently at 175 and want to get down to at least 130. My issue is where to find some motivation! I cant afford to go to the gym and when its 40 degrees outside i just cant bring myself to go for a walk or run. Does anyone have some advice on how to stay positive about this goal and get some motivation to get my butt in gear?
 
Hi Britta, I'm new here as well and probably not the best person to give advice but if you are stuck indoors a good thing to try is fitness DVDs. You can do really good workouts indoors in your own home :)
 
Don't loose your hope and confident. You have to keep in your mind that you can do it.Nothing is impossible.
 
Can you go swimming or DVD's at home? I didn't exercise for the first 20lbs of my weight loss (apart from little walks). Maybe concentrate on your diet until the weather gets cooler! Are you logging your food? The diary section here is a good place to log it all :)
