Hii guys!
I'm new here, and i'm desperate for some motivation!
This is me 3 years ago, at 55kg.
This is me now, 3 years later and almost 20 kgs heavier (73.2 kg)
This is not the heaviest i've been, 1 year ago i was 80kg, so i actually already lost 6.8 kgs.
Since 3 months ago i started kickboxing, once a week at school.
This really motivated me to start losing weight again.
I was wondering if you guys have any good tips for me, to keep me motivated, because i tend to lose my motivation to lose weight.
