Need some help

Hi, I am new to this site and need some tips. I am 17 years old, 5'9" and I weigh 168 lbs. I want to cut down on this weight and lose about 15-20 pounds. Also, I want tips for obtaining and maintaing growth of abs. If you can help me out on this, I will greatly appreciate it. I need some guidelines on how and where to start for fat loss and ab growth.

you probally dont need that much ab growth the ab muscles are pretty small tehre just cover in a layer of fat. a few things you need are a lot of cardio ie running for 30 to 40 minutes 5-6 times a week, just as important as the cardio is a clean diet if your eating garbage your body will look like garbage. you also want to eat 6 small meals a day.

you should also do some weight training the more muscle you have to more fat you burn.

but most of all if you want any fat loss cardio, cardio, cardio, cardio, is the secret to fat loss every knows but most are to lazy to do it.
