hi ive only just started training and i do a full body workout on monday, wednessday and friday, and tuesday and thursday do cardio..... would it be better or ok to work out every day during the week with cardio in the morning ?? im taking in about 150 to 200 gs of protein daily but not sure if 24 hours is still a decent amount of time for recovery, as i herd u have to leave each muscle group for 48 hours between training them other wise itd be doing no good?? idealy id like to workout every day, any advise..? all coments apprieciated thanks. jak
