hi. here's my story- im 26, just married, and i've gained about 30 pounds in the last 5 years. im trying for a baby this year and would really like to get fit before hand. my big weekness is sugar. i also have a problem with eating when i'm not hungry. i dont seem to have a problem overeating at meals. i am also incredibly tired during the day from work and dont have any energy to excercise. im starting to eat healthier, but how do i make myself excercise? is there a good supplement i can take for more energy?

same thing

I also tend to eat when Im not hungry. I think a lot of the time it can be just because theres nothing else to do. I also have an aversion to excercise, so I know where your coming from. Ive started making myself do a few new things, like walking more and running up the stairs instead of just dragging myself up them. I work a really long day, and when I come in from work the last thing I feel like is doing excercise. The best time to do it I think is morning as it sets you up for the day! Theres loads of foods that give you energy and as far as Im aware, sugars make you feel lethargic. I always think fruit smoothies in the morning give you energy, but if your a busy lady and dont have time to make them, try berrocca. (Herbal supplement) Its available everywhere in Europe so it must be in the States. Thats great for energy:)

Try doing cardio in the morning. It doesnt have to be a lot. Try some hard out cycling/skipping/whatever and get your heart absolutely racing for at least 15 mins or more.
This will give you a TON more energy every day to do more stuff.

Also make sure you get a good nights sleep the night before. As for sugar there are plenty of sugar replacements, and those sugar free lollies are FANTASTIC!
