need some help

Hey everyone,

I recently started working out 3 weeks ago and was so motivated and now I started baseball and I have it everyday until 6:30 PM and I get home and I have to ice and heat my arm and take a bath so by the time I'm done with that its like 7:30 and I eat dinner I really wanted to lift weights and lose some pounds. Heres the problem though I have an arm injury and working out would just hurt it more also I was wondering if I should just come home and do cardio. What do you guys think?

Personally, I would continue to train my lower body and core, unless you arm injury is that bad that a lower body/core workout would affect it.

its weird my arm dosent hurt when i lift but when i throw it feels like im getting stabbed by like 100 knives

Not to state the obvious, but you probably shouldn't throw for a couple of days. I did the same thing when I played baseball way back when. Try to throw the ball too darn hard after not throwing for a couple of months and threw my arm out. I just stopped throwing till it felt better, usually it was just a couple of days. If that is an option for you I would def consider it. JMO
