Need some help please

Ok well I'm new, I'm 16 I have been working out and dieting since I was 13, I eat 2200 calories a day, Full body workout 3x a week, Cardio 35 min 3x a week, I'm 6'4" 254lbs. 14% body fat, I'd say I'm in very good shape, since I weighed 330 32% body fat when I was 13, I want to get about 7-8% body fat (So I can see my abs) But no matter what I do I can't get rid of that last 6% I need, any advice anyone?

Body fat count is a tricky thing to rely on. How are you measuring it? Are you doing it by the water method? If they're just folding up fat and using the measuring tool, it can be inaccurate and you very well could have achieved your desired fat %.
