Need some help on Whey Protein

So I decided to get healthy. I'm 5'8" was 389 pounds, I went to Medi weighloss clinic and i lost 34 pounds in 5 weeks, awesome i love it. So im on 700 calories diet mostly protein. So im taking a GNC Amplified wheybolic extreme 60 protein according to GNC it will help me. So my questions is when is the best time to take it? Right now im taking one scoop before my workout in the mornings and 1 scoop after i workout. Theres 20 grams of protein in each scoop am I taking it right or should i stick with just one scoop in the morning?

700 calories a day is unhealthy. I know 389lbs is also unhealthy, but the body can only take a starvation diet for so long.

protein is protein. whether its a scoop of whey or 30g of chicken breast.

I recommend 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, per day. I don't see anything wrong with 2 scoops of whey per day, divided into 2 servings.

I'd agree- the moment you step out of the 'diet' its going to be hard to eat normally if you have not learnt how, your making it very hard for yourself to maintain any real weight loss over the long term.

Under 1200kcals is too low IMO, your likely to be missing something (such as enough macros: protein, carbs, fats) and your body will be sending out VERY strong cravings, it becomes an up hill battle and binges become very hard to keep at bay, trust me I have been there!

Eat in moderation, weight loss more then 2lbs is rarely fat loss, it tends to be muscle and water, your body goes into a sort of starvation mode and fat is the main thing it tries to hold onto as it stores so much there (antibodies, extra calories for a last resort, fat soluable vitamins...) if your losing more then 2lbs a week its not really doing your body any favors and putting your heart under alot of strain.

Is there any way you can see a medical person for advice on what to eat? I worry about you eating 700kcals.
