I'm about to start a routine that involves both HIIT anaerobic exercises and HIIT aerobic exercises. Just wanted to know if anyone knew any good ones for either. Only one I have right now is sprints(anaerobic?)
Sprints are great for HIIT, but you can do almost anything as long as it allows you to get your heart rate up.
you could try swimming, cycling, rowing, X-trainer, running up stairs or even burpe-squat and jump.
