I feel like I am not getting far in wanting to lose the 2 kilos I put on and feel like I'm struggling just to maintain. 5"3, 24/f and currently weigh 62 kilos. I've lost 30 kilos so far but have put back 4, but would like to get back to 60
Typical day food:
Breakfast:60g museli/w milk, cup of tea, tub of nestle diet yogurt
Morning tea: Carmens museli bar
Lunch: Wholemeal bread roll with 60g turkey, piece of low fat cheese and small banana
Afternoon tea: 130g strawberries
Dinner: 160g lean meat, salad with lemon over the top, tin of baked beans
After dinner: Cup of skim milk
I do have one day a week where I do allow myself a few cheat foods I wouldn't usually eat ie schnitzel and mashed potato
Workout routine: 4 RPMs, 2 weight sessions and 1 pump. I am much fitter and stronger than before but am looking pudgier around the gut!
Any suggestions?
