Need some advice

Should I work on my upper body instead of lower, since I was told if I worked on my upper body, my legs muscle's would get stronger to support my weight from upper body, is that correct?
 
Hello friends . Please help me .I have a problem . Whenever i work, there is always increase the pain in my legs . Why ? because i am doing not a very tough work. It is simple so why it is happened. Please tell me... Thanks

lol jeremey, work on your whole body, plus lower body is a ton of calorie burning. Your legs are WAY too strong to really be affected by a torso weight gain, you'd have to look like popeye for this theory to workout, train your whole body. ;-)
