Need some advice on ab definition

Hello everyone.

I am male in my mid twenties 5' 11", 180lbs. I have a fair amount of muscle as I train 4-5 times a week and eat fairly healthy.
Now the problem I have are my abs. I just haven't been able to get the body fat to go away.

I have been reading some of the posts on the forum and noticed that most people recommend a strict calorie intake in order to succeed. My question is, how many calories would I need in a given day? Is there some sort of chart for that?

Also how much of it should I be burning by doing cardio if I want to see some solid results within a month?

Thanks!

There are a lot of calorie calculators online, but judging from your info, I would say you need about 3000 cals a day, if you are training 5 times a week. Restricting your calories, eating good foods and training 5 times a week should lose you that belly fat thats hiding your abs.
