Need some advice (neck, and shoulders)

I have a 12 lb dumbell, and i lift daily 18 reps, 4 sets. I don't know the name of the muscles, but i need an excercise for my shoulders, and neck.

I saw a link to a site that shows you all the excercises for almost all parts of you body, but i dont recall the name of the thread. if anybody knows the excercises, i would greatly appreciate all the help.

This site has all muscles & a lot of exercises...
i came across that site a couple of months ago and forgot to save it... forgot all about it... thanks.. :)
