Need some advice because I eat terrible and travel a lot

Let me first start of by giving a short history of myself, the tools I have at my disposal and what I hope to accomplish.
Currently Im 6'1 and ~207-210lbs. I have a broad build and wide chest, and am actually still kind of built. I am still very strong and can work out as hard as I could before. But my size 34 jeans are starting to get tight. I went from being comfortable in 32's to 33's to 34's and I refuse to go any further.

I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps in great shape! I got out in Feb of 07 and have been slowly gaining weight since. When I graduated boot camp in 03 I came out at ~170 lbs and looking skinny as ever! After about 2 years and a pretty consistent workout schedule I was around 180 and really looked great. After some time in Iraq and eating bad and drinking a lot after I got back, I got out of the Marines around ~190 in Feb of 07 and have been gaining ever since and am completely disgusted with myself.

Currently I travel a lot for work. For the first 2 weeks of the month I travel 4 out of 5 days of the work week, and for the last 2 weeks I am usually gone 1-2 days a week, and just day trips in between. I eat out a bunch and dont eat smart. I eat lunch out 90% of the month and dinner out 60% of the month.

I stay in decent hotels and some have decent workout space which I normally utilize. When Im home I normally dont do anything, HOWEVER I do have the tools at home to use. At home I have a elliptical, treadmill and a home gym all in one type thing, some weights and a pull-up bar. For travel I have p90x which I did do one month of, but fell off the bus after that. I do enjoy doing the p90x at hotels that do not have a decent workout area, but am unsure if there is something else I should be doing. Also have bands and the iron gym pull-up bar for travel.

Here are my goals. I want to be around 200 by the first of the year, and around 185-190 in May 2010.

Here is my questions and where I really need help. MY DIET! I eat terrible and I know it. I try to eat subway as much as possible, but im most likely not eating the correct thing, or poor portion control.

Is there a meal replacement shake or bar or something I could buy and take with me on the road? Im really looking to replace my lunch with something completely. This would save me more time from stopping and getting something while I travel from place to place and most likely be cheaper as well. Although money really isnt an issue I make good money. My breakfast usually consists of whatever the hotel has that sparks my interest, usually eggs, sausage patty, banana or oatmeal and Im willing to bring something with me or replace it with something as well.

I love milk. Not a big fan of vegetables which I know is a huge downside. I do try to eat some if my wife cooks them at home, but I would guess less than 3 times a month.

I understand its all about calories in and calories out, and I think thats what I really need help with. I can work out hard, and for a good amount of time. Im that guy on the elliptical at the hotel when you walk in and wonder what the hell is that guy doing? While massive amounts of sweat are running off me and my shirt is usually soaked, lol. I like to work out intensely and push myself.

So lets hear what you can help me with. Im open to anything. Hit me with the cold hard truth. Ill be posting this on couple of forums to get the greatest response.
What to eat for breakfest?
what to eat for lunch?
what to eat for dinner?
What sort of snacks should I travel with and when should I eat them?

Thanks in advance for any and all help you can give to me.

its not really all about calories in and calories out. because the way calories go out can be complex.

given your traveling situation, I suggest you spare no more than 30 minutes for your workout. Being a former marine, I am sure you are quite familiar with bodyweight workouts, do them as soon as possible after waking up and with maximum intensity, for example squats-wide pushups-short pushups-clap pushups-duck walk. infact even 15 minutes of this is enough.

Follow it up by 15 minutes of burpees and/or star jumps. Notice the workout doesn't even require you to get out of the room. We have to use the fact that you have trained and hence have good strength.

As for the food. its simple really. AVOID CRAPPY FOOD.

No junky stuff like mcdonalds, pizza. no lame stuff like: white bread, white rice, white pasta, butter, margarine, sauces, etc. that stuff is no good.

Instead eat whole grain, brown rice, Mostly meat and since you don't like vegetables, go for fruits. be creative with the above menu.

Mix it up with different spices to make it more interesting.

Drink 2 cups of green tea a day and a lot of chilled water. mostly it is advised that you space your meals every 150-180 minutes but if its not possible then its not (given you travel a lot)

the workout is very important :)
