Need routine!

I just bought a home gym and next week I plan to start a routine but I have no idea what to do. I also have weights.

I am 120 - 125 pounds right now, 5"11, 18 years old, and I am starting a clean bulk diet next week as well.

My goal is to gain about 25 pounds in the next 4 months, my goal is something I have to meet because I am playing hockey next year and right now I am too skinny (not a lot of muscle or fat).

I posted this in the other forum but no one replied so thats why im posting it here.
 
Go into the weight-training forum and read the weight-training 101 sticky. Then go into the nutrition forum and read the nutrition 101 sticky.

Thats about all the info you need to get started.
