Need quick suggestions!!!!

Hi,im 18yrs old, i weight about 280, height 5'6, and im terrible at dieting plans, i read lot about diet plans but no plan stays in my mind, I want to Lose weight fast, i kno its not good to think that way but i understand the quickest method is still a few months, but somone can help me either I should use or create a diet plan please! anything!!! HELP.
 
The best way to lose weight fast is on the Atkin's plan.

The best way to lose fat permanently is with diet and exercise. As long as you are getting vitamins and enough protein, exactly what you eat doesn't matter much. You could eat 1200 calories in chocolate hershey's bar every day and lose weight (tho I'm not recommending it!).

If you go about it with the mindset that you want to lose as much as possible as quickly as possible, chances are you will either give up after the first week, or end up with bad results. The faster you lose weight, the more likely it is to come back (and also add on more fat than was there in the first place), the less tone you will have, and the more your skin will sag.
 
I am taking phentermine (diet pill) and it has worked really well, I have lost about 50 pounds. Also, weight lifting (using 5-8lbs) has really helped me firm up. I still have about 35-40 pounds left. I use fitday.com to track all of the calories I eat and stay around 1200, before I was eating close to 3500 a day.
