need pro advice

i'm 16 and i do cardio 30 minutes every other day, i do it on the same day i do my whole lower leg workout on machines, 3 sets 10 rep, and on the even days i do all upper body workout and abs, just wondering how many excersises do i have to perform on that muscle group? say i'm doing upper body, and i just did biceps 3 set of 10 rep, would i have to do another excersise on biceps? and then move on to triceps and do the same amount of different excercise for that muscle group?
 
depending on how much volume you can handle...basically you want to do the most sets per muscle in this order:

legs (quads, hams)...7 - 10
back (all portions)...6 - 9
chest...5 - 7
shoulder (3 heads)...4 - 6
triceps...3 - 5
biceps...2 - 5
calves...2 - 5
abs...2 - 5

somrthing like that...just don't do what I've seen a lot of people here do and that's more sets for biceps than legs
