Need motivation!

Been on my diet for about 4 weeks and lost about 3 lbs, but the last 4 days i have been horrified at the amount of calories i keep eating!
(my goal calorie intake per day is 1200-1400)

Friday 2300
Saturday 1800
Sunday 2000
today 1600

I swear just cant stop myself from indulging in chocolates and other general sugary carbs!

Help?

One quick thing to try is keep your calories more consistant. It helped me a lot!! :)
 
As said you are doing well, just keep focused on the goal, think of how happy you will be next month when you reach your goal. Try to see chocolate as a treat that should be enjoyed once or twice a week. If you feel you are intaking a few more calories than you want do half an hour of exercise to balance it a bit
 
Have you tried not keeping the chocolately, sugary goodness in the house? That helped me. If I didn't see it, it wasn't as much of a temptation. I still wanted it but it wasn't as easily accessable.
 
i'm 5'1 and i'd love to be 132lbs
i'm 169lbs atm n i'm disgusted...
but good job on your weight loss, i just cant seem to get it right myself
