Need motivation!

Hey all! Another newbie here. I'm hoping to get the motivation I need to lose the last bit of weight that's been stubbornly sticking around for quite awhile. Being this close to my goal has made me less inclined to continue on the healthy eating/ regular exercise path that got me here. While I haven't gained back any weight, I also haven't lost any in quite some time. I have lost nearly 35 lbs to date by being strict about the types of foods I eat and the number of calories I take in. Nutrient dense.

I am a 5'8" female, and my goal weight of 130 lbs might seem on the low side, but I am quite small framed so it looks good and healthy on me (from what I remember...it's been a LONG time!)

I'll be checking out all the threads, I've already read the stickies and found some great info there. Later!
