ok I am 5'3 and about 105lbs. I have a model build long legs and long stomach which is awesome, but I am trying to gain some muscle weight especially in my arms. My stomach and legs tone easily. My arms are toned, but look really skinny and I want them to look bigger. Not overly built though. Does anyone know any workouts that are good for that. Also I like to see results fast which everyone tells me is hard when building muscle. But my abs show results within like a week or two when I start working them out. Any advice? PM me or reply.
