Need ideas on good cardio

Hey guys,just wondering about a few things for my cardio workouts. My resources are rather limited to bikes, a track and a bunch of weightlifting machines but i really want a good cardio to lose some wight. From Monday-Friday i jog half a mile as a warm up with some streches and then weightlift for another 45 mins. I generally stay away from the bikes since i REALLY dont like them. What do you think i should do run more, use the bikes or can u suggest some other forms of good cardiovascular workouts that may suit a restricted schedule.

In all honesty the best cardio is simply running. 6Mph for 30 minutes is near 400calories. Biking for 30 minutes on an equivalent pace is between 175-200calories and swimming is even fewer.
