Need Help!

Hi All,
I am determined to get fit in the New Year (and maybe lose a bit of weight in the process). I have been trawling the web and looking the online programs, it seems that Weigth Watchers and E-diets are popular and I cam across one running a free 7 day trial (iWantRealResults) just wondering what peoples thoughts are with online programs.

i think these sites are set up to catch people like yourself to sign up knowing that you dont yet have the motivation yourself to stick with a program,hence the reason you join thinking that this site will encourage you to get motivated.

It wont.

They dont care ,you will be signed up and paying the contract out.

You dont need a pay site.

There is enough info on the net for free to answer questions on diet and exercise.
Motivation comes from within.
Once you take the first step either out for a walk or run or even into a gym that is the hardest step you take.
Once there training following a routine is easy and so invigorating.

Before you sign up id love to offer you help and guidance for free.

Are you committed to getting fit? Here's what you do: Sign up for a 5K run in April. Pay your money. Post on Facebook and tell all your friends and coworkers that you are going to do it. Circle the date on the company calendar. Download a couch to 5K training or I can send you one. You will train for the 5K run out of inspiration or fear - either way - you will train and get in better shape along the way. And, as you improve, it will become invigorating and it will become a self-perpetuating system: as you get more fit, you want to get more fit, you train more and you become more fit, etc.
