My name is Antonio. I am 21 yrs old. My weight loss journey started when i went in for a doctors appointment and found out i weighed a very hefty 306 lbs. That was back in May 08 and as of today i've dropped 50 lbs. I was trying to get down to about 215-220 lbs because I really wanna get involved in law enforcement. i recently joined my local gym and so far i've been doing about 25 min of weight training and 60 min on the treadmill walking/jogging about 5 days a week. i was wondering if there was anything different i could do to speed along the weight loss process
