Ok, Im 17 years old. 5'10 about 250. so im what you could say fat. im ready to get rid of all of this and i am committed to it right now. i wana lose it but then after i lose it i wana gain muscle. i have a gym membership that i am going to be renewing. I dont understand why i gain weight because i drink about a 1/2 gallon to a gallon of water everyday, its not like i sit on my butt and play video games or do nothing im always doing something. i guess its just because i have a slow metabolism i guess. what do you all suggest? suggestions will be appreciated greatly
