I came on here cause I have a problem with my body. First of all, I'm a 17 year-old male - 5'11 about 150 lbs. I run almost every day for 25-30 minutes. I don't have a gym membership so I have to resort to doing push-ups and crunches every day, and bar dips every other day(with two chairs).
My problem is that my lower body looks out of proportion with my upper body. My legs and my hips and butt look too big for my upper body and seem to be where most of my fat goes to. I feel like when I run I'm only getting skinnier in my top half. I read that doing squats helps but I feel like its just bulking up my legs instead of doing the opposite.
I have been eating very healthy for quite some time now (oatmeal, eggs & breads, tuna, lean meats..) and really, I just don't know what to do about it anymore. So any advice would be great. Cheers..
