well, i am a new member...
i have been reading some of the success stories for the last few hours, and they really inspire me.. but still i do not know if i can make it...
well, currently im around 240 lb. my height is aroun 6' so i would like to be 190 as i used to be when i was in college...
i was making lots of exercises (football, basketball etc) in college.. then i broke my arm, and after a bad operation, i couldnt use my arm (meaning no sports at that time) for one year. i got my second operation and recovered after 1,5 years. At that time, i think i got around 20 pounds and reached to 200. Then i finished college, and another 20 pounds came in since i spent nearly all my day in front of computer, with very less exercise.. After i quit smoking another 20 pounds came.
I m not eating that much, i think im takin 2000-2200 calories per day. However, the main problem is spending that calories. I do not do eny exercise except walking 40 min (20 in the morning, 20 in the evening) 5 days in a week.. i feel my metabolism speed had slowed down after quiting smoking.. and i definitely need some help..
i make some diets, but most of them are not successful cause i cant keep doing it long enough to see the result, and not seeing the result in a short time demotivates me...
i do not know what to do, that is why i am writing here...
