Need Help

Well, recently I stopped going to the gym, and I gained 7 lbs. And I feel like I can't stop eating. I eat little things every second, and I know that's what's hurting me. When I was working out, I just felt like I had to have fruits(not so much the veggies), and I could slip a pop in occasionally and still be fine. But now, I always feel hungry, and nothing seems to satisfy me, and I really need advice. I will be going back to the gym tomorrow, but I would like to know of some ways to curb my appetite a bit.
 
I used to have phases like that, it happened when I had other things on my mind that kinda stressed me out, usually school stuff. anyway, I find that once I start going to the gym and seeing results, it motivates me to eat better. You should start off by going to the gym routinely, the eating routine afterwards usually falls back in place.
 
Thanks for the advice. You're probably right about it falling back into place. I hope it does. :D
