Need Help!

First Of All, Hello...
ok im 5 foot 6, and 195 pounds, i need to lose wight in 3 months (by the summer) any suggestions... what typ of excersice, im doing wight lifint right now....anything els i should do.....

Research HIIT and do that 3 times weekly. Actually I would recommend Body For Life, it has a whole program to use and lots of people swear by it, the meals are very easy to use, they have one portion of carb and one portion of protein like 5-6 times a day. Its written by Bill Phillips. Following the program will give you about 30 lbs. weight loss in 10 weeks. It doesnt seem like much but just about any prgram is either less of a loss or about the same. Weight lifting is very very important so keep that up, the program has you doing weights 3 times weekly and HIIT 3 times weekly. Good luck and drink lots of water.
