Need Help

Hey whats up guys im a 15/m 6'2 and 185 and i work out pretty much every day. Everyother day i work on lower body and the other days i work upper body. Now since i am in High School I am hearing about different supplements like creatine and i was wondering if those are ok?? my mom and dad wont let me take any but i would like to see a improvement in my body. My dad says that im still going through purbery lol but i would like to avtually see some progress. and now since its summer we have a place up north and theres not weight room!! so i dont know what do to how would i keep lifting and keep the tone i have? and could i take creatine with out getting hurt now and later in my life or any other supplements? and what would i have to do to see more progress? :confused:
 
I'd first take evo's advice. At your age, growing will be easy.

Now, at the same time, creatine is very safe when used as directed and if you stay well hydrated. It's not a steroid - it's something that's found naturally in all your muscles and is perfectly legal to use.
 
Fil is right...I was just thinking at the age of your guys have all the testosterone in the world to build hard bodies. When you guys get out of the house...then take all the creatine you want.
