Need Help?

Hopefully you all remember me...I am 16 5'2 in a half and for my heigth i should weigh 111-125. And everyone remember how i lost all that weight from 158 to 134-136. Well yeah since the weekend of my birthday and since i was sick for over a month i layed off excercising and on the week of my birthday i really didnt eat well. i ate well sometimes but then mostly i had ICE CREAM CAKE and some more junk. It was really bad but i didnt think i would really gain any weight becuase the next week after my birthday i was for sure to restart my diet strong and modivated. But after not excercising for a long while becuase of being sick i didnt have no engery to get up and do it i became lazy and i wasnt modivated. And now i have just recently started myself back up to excercising the past 2 night i have walked a mile im working myself back up to running. And After this weekend I'm Going on a strict diet because this time i am modivated. Because i weighed myself this other morning and i weighed 148..I gained...Before my birthday i actually weighed 138-140 :( ....And i know why your asking why dont i start now well its because well i actually dont know why maybe becuase i want to have one last meal of a food i love before my strict diet. I have to be careful excercising because ever since i started my lower thigh area the part above my knee on the side has this very weird numb feeling and when I lay in my bed with the electric blanket on or if heat is touching it, it tingles and hurts. I have no idea what's wrong and when i run or walk sometimes it bothers me. But i am for sure gonna be starting a new clean diet and excercising 4-5 days a week and doing some push ups n stuff like that. This is what mostly my diet will be:

Breakfast-Kashi Cereal or Whole Grain Oatmeal

Lunch on Weekdays: Salad in a small strophome (spelling?) bowl consisting of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and ham/turkey. And my dressing would be viniger. Then i would also have a fruit. *could i have a pickled egg i only eat the white part of it i dont like the yolk??

Lunch on Weekends: i have no idea really but i will make sure it is healthy

Dinner: chicken, fish, steak-Vegtables, pasta noodles from lipton sides maybe??? Depending on calories u tell me if i should or shoulnt please.

Snacks: Fruits mostly...Oh could i have fat free crackers for snacks or could u give me more idea's for foods, recipes or anything i could try different.

I'm sorry for such a long post but if u could help me out and tell me or guide me i would apperciate it very much. Im disappointed in myself for gaining some weight back. But now i am well modivated on losing it again and very confident i just need some guidance please help?!
 
hey dude,
why not do as i do and concentrate only on fruit vegetables & fish, obviously skinless chicken is good too + your turkey etc, but the important thing is to try different recipes all consisting of nothing but the best most healthiest foods, again eg: fish, fruit & vegetables.

smithy is very correct. toss the garbage food - sodas, fast food/restaurant food, snacks - and focus on whole grain foods, fish, veggies and fruits, lot's of water, etc. that and exercise will bring you the results you're looking for. also, read the labels, you ask a lot of question on here that could be easily answered by simply reading the lables. go for low sodium, low fat, high protein food. all the info is there on the lables.
 
umm but this is the first post i have posted in like over a month....its been a while since i asked anything...but thanks anyways
