I am 18 years old and i started going gym its 2 weeks now and i can see improvements and new muscles and i am very happy so therefore i asked my coach to suggest me a supplement but he refused he said you r only 18 drink shake (milk+banana) after workout.
So i want to know that how good is horlicks or complan. So are these good enough? I am think to add them in shake.
